Samed Industrial and Manufacturing Company was registered on January 17, 1978, with registration number 1385 and national ID 10861385337. In 1981, the company commenced operations with full private investment on a 10,000 m² land area and over 1,000 m² of production facilities in Razavi Khorasan Province – Mashhad – 27th kilometer of the Quchan Highway, Tel/Fax: 051-31669. It is worth noting that the average electricity consumption at the start of the company’s activities was 100 kilowatts. With the implementation of development plans, the company now occupies over 200,000 m² of land and has more than 27,000 m² of production buildings, with electricity consumption reaching 5 megawatts – a 50-fold increase. Samed Company holds operating license No. 1927721/120 from the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade and has over 40 years of successful experience in the production and formulation of various adhesives for both industrial and general purposes.

Samad Industrial and Manufacturing Company, known as “Mashhad Adhesive,” is a producer of formalin, concentrated urea-formaldehyde (UFC), industrial urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin, melamine-formaldehyde (MF) resin, urea-formaldehyde resin powder under the brand name (SAMINO 800), polyvinyl acetate resin, cold box casting resins (parts 1 and 2), and various water-based and solvent-based industrial adhesives. Established in 1977 (1356 Iranian calendar), the company aims to bring transformation and impact in production and quality.

In 1981, the company commenced operations with full private sector investment on a 10,000-square-meter plot with over 1,000 square meters of production facilities located in Khorasan Razavi Province – Mashhad – Km 27 of Quchan Highway. It is worth noting that the average electricity consumption at the beginning of the company’s operations was 100 kilowatts, which has now increased to 5 megawatts, demonstrating a 50-fold growth aligned with the company’s development programs. Currently, the company occupies over 200,000 square meters with more than 27,000 square meters of production buildings. Samad Industrial and Manufacturing Company holds an operational license No. 1927721/120 from the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade and has over 40 years of successful experience in the formulation and production of various adhesives for industrial and general use. At present, the company employs more than 250 staff members directly, over 90% of whom hold university degrees. Currently, Samad Industrial and Manufacturing Company is the largest producer of formalin and urea-formaldehyde concentrate (UFC) in Iran, operating 7 modern and active sites. It has 8 active reactors for the production of various industrial resins such as UF and MF. The company has repeatedly been recognized as an exemplary industrial unit, top exporter, and quality leader at the national level, and has managed to export its products—despite strong competition from producers in Europe and Southeast Asia—to over 20 countries worldwide. Additionally, the company operates a fleet of over 100 tankers, which distribute a significant portion of the factory's products across Iran.
