Water-based adhesives consisting of water and permitted additives according to occupational health and environmental standards are the main materials based on polyvinyl acetate and acrylic resins. All kinds of adhesives used in wood, chipboard, MDF, furniture, fabric, parquet, binding, carton, wood veneer and chipboard, etc. are among the products of this production unit. This unit is equipped with strong ventilation to ventilate the hall. After producing the blue base adhesive, a sample of the adhesive inside the mixer is taken and together with the relevant form, it is initially evaluated by the laboratory of the production unit. From the final tests, permission is issued to empty the desired adhesive. With the final approval in the production form, the glue is prepared for unloading and the relevant personnel, depending on the type of container, transfer the glue to the storage tanks in the relevant packaging line to be ready for the final packaging.
Plastic containers of blue-based adhesives include cans of 850 g, 4 kg cans, 7 kg cans and 22 kg cans, which can be emptied and packaged depending on the customer’s order. And after finishing the product packaging with the specified warehouse sheets, the product will be delivered to the warehouse.
